We exploit the UML2.1, CASE tools and code generation to maximise productivity and product maintainability. We also use NUnit, NCover, CruiseControl and FITnesse to maintain a high quality threshold; a variety of tools are used to handle requirements management and traceability.
Milestones In general, we like to agree on a set of milestones to maintain transparancy on deliverables, cost and schedule. We are flexible on the contents and timing of the milestones and work very closely with our clients, ensuring maximum communication at all times.
